My neighbor describing her husband wearing a no-bark dog collar and shocking himself. I know, pretty wacky, but she was cracking me up with her description of him.

I find so many things funny I can't begin. My kid found a video on Ebaumbs(spell) these people were letting their pet tortoise have a bath and he climbed into the drainer and tried to get it on with a pot that was upside down .Poor thing.
