anything by Regina Spektor would be good. Her music is very unique and beautiful...i'd google it, i've had some trouble finding her sheet music for free....

She's a russian singer, and plays a majority of songs w/ a piano and maybe only a few other instruments, but the piano holds the melodies for the most part. That's more of modern music though.......

if you want classical here's some composers:

Domenico Scarlatti
Johann Kuhnau
Johann Sebastian Bach
William Duncombe
Muzio Clementi
W.A. Mozart
Henri Bertini
Fritz Spindler
Cornelius Gurlitt
Robert Schumann
Peter Ilyich Tchaikovsky
Stephen Heller
Louis Kohler
Alexander Gretchaninoff
Samuel Maykapar

my suggestion to go to a music store near by, ask the store clerk for help, buy a book with lots of different composers and pieces, or look them up online

Get a John Thompson Book 5.
Also, get a Willis Treasury of Piano Pieces [I hope I got the title right]. The book is lime green.
It is like a John Thompson Book 6.
If you can play THIS stuff, you are a BAD DUDE.

Try
"Cordoba " by Albeniz
"The Maiden and the Nightingale" by Granados
and, if you want a real challenge,
"El Pelele(The Strawman) by Granados.
You can find these in any music store,
