I've been accessing for a while, and now it no longer works.

My whole network cannot access it.

It's not the hosts file.

nslookup resolves to the correct IP-address

ping times out

tracert: output below

!! The website is not down. Works if I try to access from another internet connection !!

The website is not blocking my IP, I own the site.
cPanel -> IP Deny manager shows no IPs

It is not logged because the request never reaches the server, apparently... see the traceroute...the connection times out after 17 hops

It would seem like its a problem in your area. It happened to me once when i couldnt access a site but my friend from 10 miles away could. It should pass

Could you have a firewall enabled?

How many PC's are on your network?

Do they all use the same router? If so, I would start by seeing if the router may have an outgoing rule set enabled which blocks the port. If a port is blocked, DNS will resolve the address. Ping isn't all that reliable - many sites block it.

Check the server logs on that website - Your webserver may be configured to reject connections from your network. It is very easy to mis-configure the Apache webserver and have this happen. A properly configured webserver should log all inbound traffic.
