The question is flawed.
Only a, b, and c are fossil fuels, as uranium is a radioactive metal and not a carbon-based fossil fuel. What kind of reserves are you asking about - total btu's (or calories), number of deposits, volume, tons, etc.?
There are more btu's of coal deposits known in the world than any other fossil fuel, but not nearly as much as uranium.

Uranium isn't a fossil fuel. Fossil fuels store energy from the sun which is normally released by the chemical reaction known as burning. Uranium doesn't "burn" in the conventional sense.
The Earth's Uranium was created in a SuperNova explosion that occurred when the Universe was approximately half its current age (roughly 6 or 7 billion years ago). The Sun and Earth itself wasn't formed until several billion years later.
Speaking strictly from an energy content standpoint, the Earth has vastly greater reserves of Uranium than all fossil fuels combined.

It is A but natural gas in the form of methane hydrate on the ocean floor also has very high potential. The label fossil fuel represents a theory. It should not be taken for granted that petroleum is necessarily biological in origin.

one source says 97% of fossil fuel reserves are coal, but it could be that the non-fossil fuel, uranium, supply will last longer.

Clearly this is a standard multiple choice test question. Quite often one answer is put in that is totally wrong. In this case the "red herring" answer is Uranium.
Enough said, as stated previously, coal is the right answer.
