It depends on what I am buying-but if generic is okay I'll go with that. Although sometimes I really do think known name brands are better or just something at an actual department store. For example buying three phones from Target, two microwave ovens, and a fridge that all don't work would make me want to start looking at Sears or a more upscale store. I'm done with target appliances!

Depends what has the better deal that week. Sometimes name brand is the better deal but not often. I am poor so I have to penny pinch and generic works, tastes, and does the same thing as name brand...only cheaper. It's foolish not to buy it.

both. It depends on the product. When it comes to clothing, I buy what fits the best and if it is not to expensive. I buy some generic foods and some name brand foods. When it comes to things like pasta, I buy the cheapest thing. But when it comes to ketchup, it has to be heinz.

I use generic because I am forced to by my prescription program. I prefer name brand because they use more quality control in production of their product. That is why name brand drugs cost more: higher quality.
I learned this through a discussion with my doctor regarding this subject.

no you cant valuable not bypass decrease priced on the ketchup! that's an digital abode carry right here, and we don't bypass decrease priced on maximum of our electronics. Tvs could be kind call. Sorry we dont have a 1000 funds to waist on a decrease priced television. And plus the image concerns! And we don't bypass decrease priced on computers the two. i had some problems with a working laptop or computing device so we purchase not something yet hp and apple! I quite have emachine that runs like crap. An my computing gadget is kind call too! And my computer screen is samsung! Printer Cannon. and cameras sony! i understand you have been watching for something distinctive. yet you already reported the stuff with regard to the condemints!

Now that our children are grown and we don't have to struggle so much with the budget, I buy mostly Name Brand. Unless, there is a really good bargain on the other. I still can't pass up a good bargain. My oldest son still remembers when he and his brothers and sisters went shopping with me, they would start in on "I want this, I want that".... I would tell them: "If it's not on sale, if we don't have a coupon, if it's not generic, we don't buy it".
