"For the 2010 Olympics in Vancouver, VAN O C has yet put a formal request for military style aid?
In Military - Asked by up420oz - 0 answers - 2 days ago- (Question has been removed)"

I would like to know EXACTLY what I posted was so wrong that Yahoo pulled it?
Having been employed in the Canadian Forces Air Defence, I know that there has not been a request for any olympic support. I didnt put any secret or confidental info down, did not put any nasty or profane language down, did not do anything that should warrant this type of responce!
Unless I wook up in a dictatorship, I want to know what the heck is going on!

HOW ABOUT YOU!!!
Copy and send this to Yahoo, demanding an answer!

the question that went with this was concerning who was going to get stuck for the bill at the end.

It happens. You can appeal by going to the bottom of the categories on the left, click on forum.

On the right in forum, you'll find "appeal violation". Don't vent, but state it was removed by mistake.

I have given up appealing. Some say they get their points back and an apology, I've gotten nothing.

It was pulled because some weasel on here didn't like SOMETHING about it and reported it as in violation of some sort. Who knows. There's a lot of people on here who live just to report other posters, whether or not they deserve to be reported is irrelevant to them. Kind of gives them a stir down below if ya' know what I mean? Makes 'em feel powerful.
Also, Y/A absolutely sucks when it comes to explaining why they took down a question or comment. I've had probably a dozen or so questions removed and a ton of comments as well, and NEVER ONCE did the good folks at Y/A explain why.
It's a b*tch, but it unfortunately comes with the territory here.

Well, frankly, they have the right to pull anything at all.

Why is it a dictatorship if you're standing on THEIR soapbox and they don't want you saying certain things?

You mean they OWE you the right to post whatever you want on their site? They don't have a choice?

You pay for this?

I have no problem with you question, found nothing wrong with it.

I just find it silly when people act like they are owed something they aren't, or because Yahoo decides to pull something the pulled poster is suddenly being oppressed, their free speech abridged, their freedom of expression crushed, or whatever other hyperbole they feel like resorting to to prevent Yahoo! from exercising THEIR rights to their own site that YOU don't pay for in the first place.

How's that for demanding an answer?

WHY ARE YOU OWED TO POST THIS QUESTION YOU REFER TO ON THEIR SITE?

It could be that they did not consider it a military question. But sometimes there is no real reason that I can see. It's hard to understand how yahoo works sometimes.

It got pulled for not being a question. Pose that in the form of a question and I'm sure you're good to go. No conspiracy theories necessary.

you're not supposed to vent, read the TOS. ppl can report abuse not just for foul language or statements, but for not posting a real question.

same like "democracy rules" = lynch mob rules!! basically examine out the definition of democracy! The classical occasion is the guideline of the lunch mob, it replaced into maximum folk rule!! HusBama ignores the US shape, or extra effective he take an advantage of it.
