I would have to say that blacks are more discriminated. People classify white women as minorities as blacks but really they cant be considering the fact that there have been way more white women governors and that a white women has a better chance of being a us president than a black.
Also it has been shown that even though white women did not have as much power as a white male, they were given certan protections.
1. Not being forced to fight in a war and almost never being sent to death row for capital crimes in the past.
Lynching have never been used on white women no matter how serious of a crime they was charged with.
Also from since the 1950's it has been proven that decisions made in divorce such as almony and child custody have proven to benefit women of all races, including white women.
And then another example of this double standard is that white women such as mary letourneau and debra lafave who sleep with boys are not punished as harshly as vice versa.

They can complain all they want but if you are white in this country and you want something, then it's yours.I don't sympathize with them when they say stuff like "ohh equal rights for woman".They have equal rights. Shoot if you're then you probably will get the job even if you aren't qualified.

do you honestly believe its as 'bad' a crime when a 35 yr old woman sleeps with a 16 yr old boy ... then when a 35 yr old man sleeps with a 16 yr old girl
use your brain ... one is sexual repression, the other is a sickness ... and they should be treated differently
as for your question ...
I'll say this, I'd rather be a woman in America than a black person ... for no other reason than the hateful racial crap I read on here from time to time ... I'd rather deal with a chauvinist than a racist any day

however, talking about the 1950s has no effect on who is being discriminated against in 2007.

Less at this point and time when it comes to executive positions. More when it comes to various physical labor jobs.
Its a shame that people still don't like to allow others to excel. Some do it subconsciously as they simply feel more comfortable around certain groups and/or are exposed more to people with similar tastes and such.

Both are protected by anti-discrimination laws, and can avail themselves of Affirmative Action policies - though two avenues to AA preference are probably better than one.
