Nope, just saw what you need...
There's a story on the web about a device to scare teenagers away. It's a high-pitched sound generator that only people from 13 to 25 can hear (animals don't even hear it)...
The salesman for the device in Canada says that an employee of his, places it outside of her teenager daughter's room and sets it off when she wants her out of bed...
Get yourself one of those... put it on a timer at an inconvenient place to reach and you definitely won't stay in bed... :-)
And by the way, research has shown that the body clocks of young people are quite different than that of the adult population... so don't feel too bad about it.
I find it very hard to get out of bed in the morning despite my more normal middle-aged sleep patterns... lack of love of my work (nahhh, who am I kidding ... I HATE my work - I once asked my geology prof "you're one of those people who just can't wait to get up in the morning and get to work, aren't you?" and she gave this wry little smile and said "yeah..." That'll be my antidote to getting up... finding work I LOVE)
Peace

Everybody's body rythems are different....some people are "day people" (roosters) and some are "night people" (owls). I find it hard to get out of bed in the morning and really come alive around 11:00 PM. I think my prehistoric ancestors must have had the night watch for the wild animals...

I find it hard to get out of bed because it's so comfortable and cozy, I know I will not be that comfortable for the rest of the day. Laying inbed keeps me away from dealing with the nuisances of everyday life- like traffic, arguing with coworkers, annoying clients, and work.

Yes, sometimes I find it hard to get out of bed and one reason why is because I sometimes like to sleep.

I have the same problem, its annoying when I hear people say "i naturally wake up at 6am feeling refreshed and ready to face the day"
I roll out at 7.30 because I HAVE to not cos I want to, it hurts like hell, I feel like crap and at that moment I would kill for another hour of sleep.

what I do, is sleep in the shower. that makes it very convenient in the morning! it's not so great when I kick the handle in my sleep and wake up drenched and frozen.
