world leaders were women it would make a significant difference to todays world?

There are great leaders in the female and male world. Unfortunately, there hasn't been enough of a female group to compare throughout history with men. I have read up on some great female leaders, and a few not so good. It's like this in the male groups as well. Good leadership is not a male thing, as much as sexist men like to try to convince themselves.Let's not forget that Mothers throughout history have literally carried the world on their backs!
I think women need to be allowed to enter greater arenas of power. It's healthier to have both perspectives reflected throughout the world. After all, the male and female balance is the basis of nature itself.

I don't think the world would necessarily be a better place. Look at Rosie O'Donnell for instance.
Seriously,we just need the right people to govern whether they are male or female doesn't really matter.

Every U.N. meeting would start at least an hour late, because the leaders are never on time. But there would be no wars, just a lot passive aggressiveness.

No, because they'd still be puppets of the same people pulling the strings with the men who are leading many nations today.

I think it would make the world much better.
The only problem I can see is if they all had PMS at the same time.

lol!!!! yea, right! we would have major conflicts one week per month. no, seriously, it would be the same because the world leaders do not have the power you may think they have. plus, there have been quite many nasty Bs over the course of hist...or rather herstory anyways.

I dont think that sex has anything to do with it-leaders in general needed to make smarter decisions!
