Every pagan, just like every christian live their lives by their own morals. Every individual decides what's right for them.
I would say that when you cut out all the mumbo jumbo pagans and christians believe much the same thing. They believe in deity/spirit and they respect the right of living things to live. Of course, there was that stuff called the Crusades, but I think that was fear more than anything.
As a group, pagans are more comfortable striking out on their own paths, and they don't worry too much about what others think.
It's when you get to the "One true" stuff that we differ. Pagans usually acknowledge that what's right for them isn't necessarily right for others, and we will allow you the freedom and choice to live to your beliefs hoping that you will do the same to us.
Of course, that doesn't always happen, as fundamentalists tend to have a "my way or I'll badger you until you're insane" attitude.
Incidentally, I find it interesting that each of the Abrahamic traditions claim to the "the one true" branch of their religion, compeltely forgetting that they all have the same God.
That was a good question.

Well, you can boil down both Christian and Pagan morals to "Don't **** up other people's lives". I've been on both sides of the fence... I find that some Christians are a bit too anal about the stupidest things and let their Book get in the way of enjoying life, while Pagans and such can sometimes get a little -too- free.
One advantage of being Christian is that you may be more likely to get a job, (some) people will trust you more. But there will be people who will run screaming from Christians, simply because there are bad Christians who give the whole thing a bad name.
Being open about being Pagan can get you in trouble as quickly as being gay in some areas. But being Pagan can make one feel like you don't have a noose around your neck and you aren't going to worry about trying to keep to somebody else's rules. Unfortunately, there are bad seeds in the Pagan world that make them look bad.
You can have fellowship with both walks of life, but you'll be less pressured to be part of the herd with the pagans.
Okay I'll stop rambling...

Christianity is a branch off of Paganism because the Coucil of Nicea combined the original Christianity and Paganism when the religion first started. However, most of the Pagan views were downgraded by the Church (Christianity).

Well, there's some natural merit to Paganism. There's a connection to the earth and its spirit. Since Jesus wasn't actually divine (this was decided to be taught later) the church had to "steal" a lot of pagan holidays to take attention away from paganism. The symbols and traditions of Christmas, Easter, etc are all pagan. Check it out sometime, give it all an honest look and then ask yourself what makes sense to you.

A Pagan will never develop the aura of fear and hatred that Christians and other organized religions carry around with their souls. On the flip side Pagans must develop a tolerance for the constant attacks and damning to the Christian Hell that are constantly flung at them by Christians.

In some sort both has its loyalty to whats their believing in. Being loyal is a great advantage. Pagan is an idol's worshiper while Christian is a Christ's worshiper. The dis advantage of Pagan life is that, it is wrong faith as to God's principles "2 chronicles 15:8" stated abominable idols. on the other hand, the disadvantage of a christian life is that, some are claiming a Christian yet they don't obey Christ. For Christian means "There is Christ in you living in" As much as you can be, walk in the footstep of Christ.

I'm not sure how to answer as I wouldn't ever call myself someone who was "pagan". But there were many years that I didn't know Jesus Christ. I was a fearful, confused woman. I am now confident and free of heart, because of Him.
I am not saying all people who don't follow Jesus are fearful and confused. I am saying that is what He saved me from.
