My fish keeps swimming up?

non-stop on the back of the tank. his fins are starting to ware and hes probably exhausted. how to fix?

Could be ammonia issues. Is your tank big enough, or water tested?

you need a filter if you don't have one

also test your ammonia levels, they need to be at '0'
