Standard form is just another word for scientific form.
Please see the link below.

EDIT: If someone can show me a website that says "standard form" is the same as "word form", then I'll delete my answer.

Also, some consider standard form to be just the number.
2,430,090 is already in standard form according to certain people (see the second link below)
