Well 1 and 2 over lapped by a few months and Im sure 3,4 and 5 where all at it at the same time but I could be wrong as no 3 is nearly 10
As to it being abuse - grow up
And how do I get time to ask questions - its all about organisation and multi tasking LOL that and turning a deaf ear sometimes I was feeding her whilst checking some questions which is how it cropped up

Well, from what you listed, adding up the number of years you breast fed each one, it looks to be about 16-17 years! Unless you were feeding more than one at a time! Wow...you must be super mom...I'm expecting #4 and afraid I'll go crazy before the baby gets here! LOL...

It sounds like about 17.5 years to me.But that would depend on if any of the children overlapped.

Good for you for extending BFing. The person above who thinks babies don't need breast milk after one year is an idiot. It's definatly more than I could do, I'll probably wean around 2yrs(hopefully). I didn't get to BF my son and it really made me feel guilty. I bet your kids don't get sick very often do they?

Why does it matter? Personally I believe in breastfeeding but only to a point. I don't believe a child that's near school age should still be feeding off their parent. That's just my personal opinion. My cousin was breast fed until he was nearly 3 and he's horrible whereas his older brother had health issues (12 weeks premature) and could not, and he's much better behaved and in my opinion smarter. I do know that that has no relation to the other but just putting in my two cents.
