I believe I have...subconsciously...and it taught me that I didn't want to find myself in another bad situation like that ever again.

Since somebody tried to give you a football lesson the other day I might as well admit tha I used to flatter myself good at the game, but so are lots of people, and if you are better than them on any given day you may find yourself one on five in battle of who can make the other guy bleed. That is where I prove I am stupid enough tocome back for more. I loved it when the coach asked what I thought I was doing taking on the entire line but it seemed like the thing to do at the time. And I found myself in a similar situation staring out and five guys wanting to kick my teeth in but finding that the guys from the football team didn't like the idea of anyone else playing with their tackling dummy. I had that problem a lot when I was young being mistaken for some one who would walk away from a challenge. So, I have a history of tilting at windmills. Sue me. It is fun being the underdog sometimes.

Yes, I have. More than a couple times! I learn something the first time around, but the situation comes up again, and the appeal is still there, so I try it again! I have to give it a second chance to be sure that it's actually bad.

Yes I do! Always hoping for a different outcome or at the very minimum, hoping the situation wasn't really as bad as I first thought it was!

that sounds ego fulfillment.. and one should not commit that folly.. if one was in bad situation and has come out a Looser , it should be accepted.. whole heartedly
revisiting a bad situation only revives the wounds.. and vicious cycle sets in.. better avoid ..

I do that whenever I see my sibling. We never got along. Now I'm the most successful. yes, that's proves something. They were the jerks, not me.
Or I like to think that's what it proves.

Yes. I faced down an attacker in a different setting and walked away, proud of myself that I had no fear anymore.

Yes. I take my first wife to lunch about once a year, just to remind myself of her lack of sanity.
