If someone does use objectionable Avatars or over do it with the language report it then block them. This is a family site. Let them go to Dizzay where this is acceptable.
Block the people reporting for no reason(above reasons are necessary though) If you don't want someone around you, your Q&A's or your contacts, block them. This is what it's for, just get them out of your hair.
Have fun, be serious, be silly, never ask "Which do you like better Coke or Pepsi?"
