is there a way to speed up my metabolism besides castor oil yuck lol if not then no other choice!

Prune juice mixed with Orange juice.... that should do the trick!

Castor oil is sooo eeewww *shiver*

Drink tons of water and eat 6 times a day. 3 small healthy snacks and 3 sensible meals. It works.
