i suppose it depends on what you plan to do to hold them responsible. If you want to kill them all then no its not okay.
But if you want to use it as an example of why you should live a healthier lifestyle and encourage others to do the same. Then go right ahead.

AIDS (the ANALLY INJECTED DEATH SYNDROME) was created by man - having sex with monkeys; and,
The Asian Bird Flu - is the same ... from mankind having sex with birds; and,
Gonnoreah (or how ever the drippy sucker is spelled) was from mankind having sex with sheep -
Syphellis came from mankind having sex with lamas, horses and camels ...
The list goes on. Problem is - now they are all mutating because of man having sex with man, woman with woman, fornications, adulteries - mankind having sex with animals and probably reptiles or whatevers ...
Now the AIDS virus has linked and MATED WITH TUBERCULOSIS ... and is incurrable - but; many other virus and bacteria are doing the same right now - they CANNOT MAKE VACCINES FAST ENOUGH TO CATCH THE DISEASE BEFORE IT MUTATES AGAIN ... thus - incurrable.
You think AIDS is bad - just wait a couple more weeks and keep your eyes open and your pants up ... you ain't seen nothing yet.
Did you know that our CORRAL REEFS ARE DYING? Know why????
Herpies ... yep, herpies is killing the corral reefs in the ocean and the diseases are defiling our lands and lives ...
You want to know the real reason for these diseases and such? It is of a scriptural nature - but the answer is in black and white.
Read Isaiah 24:1-6 ... you will see that soon nuclear bombs will burn the earth and there will be few men left ... lots of women as they are not primarily the ones who go to war ... 7 woman will grab hold of the tzit tzit of one man and ask him that they might take on their name ... marry the guy that is ... not found in that scripture but; in the book ...
If you found Isaiah interesting and want to know just how bad this stuff is going to get in the next couple months ... COUPLE MONTHS ... not years from now - couple months from now ...
Read Deuteronomy chapter 28 - the whole thing ... it says what would have kept us in peace and because we did not follow it - what will be coming. Mosheh (Moses) even described in detail the nuclear bombs being imploded - and even said the rain in that day will be like powder adn dust that will come down upon your head until you are destroyed ... course he says this right after he speaks of the blasting ... and there wasn't even a fire cracker invented back then - but; believe what you will.
The diseases are shown clearly in Deuteronomy 28 - the mad cow disease ... morgellons and bunches of others ...
It is OUR OWN SELVES THAT BROUGHT THIS UPON OURSELVES ... because we rejected the truth and the only way to peace ... is by the truth.
Did you know that the word "CURSE" in scriptures ... MEANS - DISEASE??? We were warned that if we sin - it will bring a curse upon us ... tell me that we are not sinning.
In the event you don't know what sin is - read II Yahchanan (II John) 3:4 ... it will blow your mind to see why this crap is hitting the fan and there won't be any to save ... except the 144,000 that will teach the paths of peace; and,
We are for the most part ... here already and waiting for the impending destruction so that all hope of survival will be lost to mankind ... then our job will begin.
Hope this answered your question, if not - email me.
Peace;

No, I don't suppose you can. Let's blame global travel. Another thing you should consider is how much disease is spread by the military worldwide - the French spreading venereal disease through the South Pacific - the English spreading tooth decay bacteria; tuberculosis and more
No, you can't blame anyone for being the first to incur and spread aids. How many people were infected over the years it took to finally know about aids?
I can not put the blame on anyone on the outbreak of aids. Since aids was around for a long time before it was noticed.

No, the AIDS virus started (likely) among hetero bush hunters, some who travelled to cities and cavorted with hetero prostitutes, some of which had bisexual clients who then passed it to gays.
Now gays amplified the disease among their own population through extreme promiscuity, but I do not think the disease started with them. They just popped onto the radar screen first.
Keep in mind there were probably 250K infected in the U.S. by the time we first figured out something was happening. The cat was already out of the bag.
No blame. Just use precautions to stop the rapid spread, then let science take its time to do the miraculous.

Christians don't get to distance themselves from the atrocities that human beings have dedicated in the call of Christ. It certainly works against the church homes in the long-term. Christianity, like various different prepared faith (or prepared atheism), has had greater effective than its honest share of rat bastards that have abused their power and exploited the less fortunate, which makes it greater tricky for the trustworthy Christians to proselytize.

What you can do is blame the CDC for not placing a quarintine the first people that were infected. If they had placed a quarintine in 1982.
Between June 1, 1981, and September 15, 1982, CDC received reports of 593 cases of acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS).* Death occurred in 243 cases (41%).
600 people quarintined, 984,155 cased prevented in the US. But the victims were Black and Gays and since there was a fear of a backlash in the Black and Gay community so why worry. Plenty of blame to go around

You got it wrong.
From monkeys in Africa, to the general populations there. Most African AIDS victims are straight.
From Africa it spread to Haitian drug abusers, then to both gays and straight drug abusers, then to the general population in the US.
If you're straight, you can still get AIDS. Magic Johnson is straight, but he got it from one of his many girlfriends.
Who is this "science" that you say has proven this? Where is the proof?
You have to be careful that you don't believe something just because you WANT to believe it. What you don't know can get you killed.

How on Earth do you figure that would work?? Are you wanting to be held accountable when you pass along a cold? People need to practice safer sex...get vaccinated etc and things will be fine! The first gay man had to get it somewhere.....hmmm. Wonder where that came from.....originally??

No.
Currently the fastest spreading population is among heterosexuals. Guss what....you fellas don't like to wear your raincoats! So, I think we should blame you enlightened heterosexual males - because you guys are the aids threat to me (since I'm a heterosexual female) not gays and lesbians!
And while we are at it....we'll blame you for acid rain & pollution (since mostly men are ceo's), war (because the leaders of most major countries are male), violent crime (since more violent crimes are commited by men). Should I continue?
Go drag your knuckles outta here.

It started from poor Africans eating poorly cooked monkey meat which had the AIDS virus. It got into the gay community much later. However, it did spread much quicker once it did, but never got into the general population as some claimed it would.
