where is justice ??

I have been on a none ending jurney for justice for my children. One of my children was taken on a Bounty Hunt with his father....(S.E.Tx) not only did he take him but also had him be a whatchout at the jumpers back door ( which the jumper used by the way) THANK GOD!! No one was hurt even though it had ALL the makings of a bad movie., anyway I contacted the rite people ''so I thought'' that did make the effort to drive 80mls to investigate it and maybe even press charges...Well they did their investigation..all was as I had told them ( No one deneid it) yet I was told that in order for me to have a case my son would have had to have had more ''hands on'' OK?..He isn't lisensed by the state of Texas! He is UNDERAGE!! and was put in harms way by being in the back yard ALONE with a jumper!!! just what makes that ''NOT A GOOD CASE''????????...I called the child protective services and they seem to think it isn't anything to look into ''WHAT THE HECK?
I do NOT want to loose a child!

I do NOT understand why it seems like NO ONE cares about this .. Does it take loosing a child to get someone to listen??? What part of this makes it ok to put a child in harms way????? why even have laws if they don't get carried through??? Is this a case of ''If I had the money they would listen'' or ''MY CHILDREN ONLY HAVE AS MUCH PROTECTION AS I CAN AFFORD FOR THEM TO HAVE??? Someone please help me find the rite people that can help me here ..

OK.....Why would it matter if he is a teenager FACT IS he is UNDERAGE!!! ''ONE'' Not licensed 2!! ...and what kind of parent would put their child in danger NOT knowing what the jumper would do??????????? NO MATTER WHAT!!!!!!!!! So the fact I have a problem with it means ''I AM THE ONE THAT CARES''!!!!!!! Just because authorities DO NOT..only means how can you get a fair trial if the ''authorities'' are in bed with the ex!!!!
Does any of this sound a lil ''MISSISSIPPI BURNING'' TO ANYONE??????? .....What does it matter the age or any of the obvious If the state says '' licensed'' & older than 18...WITH a diploma!! than thats the LAW!!!!!!!! There is a reason that is the LAY!!!!!!

ok.....this wasn't the ''FOOTBALL TEAM'' I wouldn't have a problem with that at all....matter of fact I wouldn't have a problem with any SIMPLE request.....I do have however a problem with my son LIFE in DANGER!!!!!
as I would like to think any loving perant would be.....THAT SIMPLE!!!! So are you telling me if I had gotten a call saying my son had been KILLED.........( as I could have very well done) then I wouldn't be a over protective....crazy ex with an agenda???? I am VERY HAPPY with a great husband...do NOT care about his life..... I am however a TRUE MOTHER........ and why does this have anything to do with me and his father??????? ALL I AM DOING IS TRYING TO PROTECT MY SON!!!

So all aside......if this would have happened with a teacher........would I then be justified?? or anyone else other than his father?????

Or why is it a controlled practice ''Bounty Hunting'' If just ANYONE can do it?????

You talk about your child as if he's 4 or 5 yrs old...yet I have the feeling we're talking about a teenager here. If the authorities had no problem with it...his father had no problem with it...your child had no problem with it...seems you're the only one with a problem here. Would you feel the same way if your kid joined the military?

Look - you got the pieces of the puzzel - you just don't know how to put them together. You probably won't like what I tell you - but; it is the truth - shoot, I live in Texas and am fighting 10 Plaintiffs who used Fraud and a Forgery to drag me into a District Court ... using the District Court as a Criminal Instrument against me ... so - you know what I done did???

I charged the Plaintiffs each for every criminal and/or civil violation they committed against me - at a minimum of TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS EACH ... you know how many violations they ended up with???

THEY EACH OWE ME OVER A BILLION BUCKS APIECE.

What does this have to do with your matter? Same thing as your having all the pieces and nobody cares ...

See - what you must understand - your ex is a bounty hunter. He goes out and lays his life on the line, carries his own insurance ... brings in bad guys SO THE COURTS CAN TAKE ALL THEIR MONEY AND POSSESSIONS FROM THEM - AND ...

AND ... MAKE THE BAD GUY A SLAVE IN THEIR PRISON SYSTEM BUILDING ROADS AND LICENSE PLATES and/or etc.

They would sacrifice ten thousand children - to keep your ex doing what he is doing.

IT IS A MONEY GAME ... that is why none cares about your concern ...

WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT BEFORE IN MY SITUATION THAT YOU PROBABLY THINK I AM BONKERS ABOUT ...

You bill em.

Yes - you have the codes, regulations, statutes and/or etc. - and you bill them for violating them and making you sick in your stomach.

You make up an affidavit with your proof and you send it to everyone you had contact with ... and you include an invoice/bill that will increase with any new activities or circumstances coming about from their negligence or indifference of upholding the law - simply because your ex is a bounty hunter.

When they don't answer - and they probably will not - they will think you are a crack pot - you get a Notary Public to do a Notarial Protest ... he will do it if he knows how - but; few know how - I KNOW ONE HERE IN CALLAHAN COUNTY THAT DOES IT FOR ME ...

IN THEIR WALLETS ... especially when the process would Order the Sheriff to go over and auction off their cars, trucks, boats, homes ... soiled undies ... and/or etc. AND THE PROCESS IS MORE POWERFUL THAN ANY COURT PROCESS ...

IRS uses the same process (ALMOST) - except theirs is not lawful ... this process is completely lawful and once it is completed - you simply take it to the District Court and get an Ex Parte Default Judgment ... then go from there - GUARANTEED ONCE THE SHERIFF AND THE AUCTIONEER SHOW UP ...

THEY WILL THEN TAKE NOTICE ...

The child was with his father. The father deemed the situation safe enough for his son. As the father, he has the same right to decide what is safe for his son as you do (unless his rights have been terminated).

The son says "Hey Mom, can I join the football team?" you say "no, you could break your neck". Father says "sure, I played football all through school." You don't call CPS because dad disagreed with you. (even though yes, the son could break his neck)

It sounds like you and the father have a lot bigger issues then this one instance. I suggest the two of you sit down with a counselor.

Do you split custody with the father? I would contact the State where it occurred and let them know the age of your son and the danger he was faced with. Then let them know that it was investigated, and since you asked for the investigation you should be able to obtain copies of the reports and provide them with the reports. You could ask for a thorough investigation into his parenting abilities and maybe have something done with his license because NO ONE should be able to put their child in harm's way like that. If it would have been you your son would have been taken away. That is not fair. If you have already done what I mentioned then I am so sorry for their neglect. I'll be praying for you and for your son's safety.
