mcanns, i feel more sorry for them than if it was a singe mum?

The way i see it is like this..... The macaans could easily afford a babysitter but choose not too as they felt so safe in the hotel and felt there was no danger (none of us were there so we cant know how they felt, or the other families i know who have admitted to doing the same) yet if a single mum on benefits did it it was probaly becuase she could'nt afford one but decided to do it anyway, yet the fact that the mcaans could afford it but choose not too shows they felt safe. I hope this makes sense, as people i have talked about this completly understand where i am comming from. I dont agree with their decison and would never have done it but the decsion they made that night will stay with them forever, God bless Maddie

They made several decisions that has cost them the loss or life of their daughter.It was a calculated risk.They neglected their children,how else can you put it ? They were advised to hire a babysitter ,they chose to ignore this , now they are suffering the consequences,of that calculated risk.Do you truly believe,that two doctors in their right minds would make such a mistake.The Decision they made was based on utter selfishness .Their enjoyment was more important to them than the safety of the children.Perhaps some of it could have been naivety but they lulled their selves into a false sense of security.Common sense should have been uppermost in their minds.

sorry, but I don't agree with you either! My kids have two parents, and we NEVER left them alone to go anywhere!!!!
Much less a PUB! I feel bad that their stupidity has probably cost them the life of their daughter, other than that, I don't feel sorry for them. They should have sent one of them and gotten take out till they could find a dependable babysitter!!!!!
Don't know who you talked to who understand where your coming from, no one I know would think that way!
They made a STUPID STUPID decision. PERIOD!!!
