im making this hoodie and i want to line it so its thicker and warmer. i can sew but im not sure how to go about lining it. plz give me as much info as you can and thanks in advance.

You can just make a second hoodie except for the trim, and that will be your lining. Put it in place and then put on your cuffs, covering the raw edge of the sleeve. If it doesn't have a cuff, pull the sleeve out thru the bottom of the hoodie and sew it from inside, then pull it back up again, or use some of your trim around the edge of the sleeve. Use the black & white stripe material as a binding to finish off all of the other edges. For the zipper, just press the front edges and insert your zipper in between. It will give your zipper a nice professional finish.

Flannel or a lightweight fleece would be a good lining, if the fabric you are making the hoodie from isn't too stretchy.
