My breast just started hurting last week, at 7 weeks pregnant.

Mine started hurting at about 10 weeks and I have pretty large breasts. It feels like an ache sorta like if you were walkin around at the mall all day and your feet or legs were sore. The bad thing with me was I started lactating at 3 months so no massages or warm bath/shower to relieve the pain unless I wanted colostrum everywhere. a heating pad worked best for me, not too much pressure therefore did not stimulate my breasts and no colostrum came out.even a wet washcloth put in the microwave for 25 seconds was great.

Mine started at 5 or 6 weeks. It doesnt hurt that bad unless someone like pushes them or something its like the same as when they were first starting to grow when you were younger. Mine went away after about 2 months.
(Put stretch mark reducing cream on them, I didn't and I really regret it)

Mine started at 3 weeks and lasted until 20 weeks. It is like a constant brusing pain. It hurts to touch them and lay on them, and sometime it will even hurt to raise your arms... It isn't anywhere near as bad as when your milk dries up... That really sucks!!!

my breast hurting was the first sign that i had that i was pregnant. I dont know how to describe the feeling though but they hurt. My nipples got so sore that if i brushed the they hurt. They felt swollen really.

Each month the gradually hurt worse after month two for me. Its not like a persistent pain their just tender. and feel heavy.

I think it is different for everyone. My breasts still don't bother me. No aches, pains or anything & I've gone up to sizes!
I am currently 30 weeks pregnant.

It can be as soon as you have missed your period. It feels swollen tender just like the same feeling before the period in some women.
