I think his Va home should become an animal shelter. The 25 mil bonus he got goes to the Humane societies. He does thousands of hours of "mandatory volunteer" work in shelters and helps rehab people who have been mauled by dogs. He grows a pair and admits what he has done openly and gets some serious therapy for his blood, sadism, and gambling addictions.
Then I think he apologizes to his family, the children who idolized him, his team, his sponsors, and anyone who does not appreciate him breeding and selling aggressive, dangerous dogs... and then torturing the ones he does not sell.
Then he finds a new direction in life... free from his old "friends", maybe finding some morals along the way...
(note: this would be the "Disney" version, lol!)

Every time I think about Michael Vick, Yuck, I get sick. There is not enough punishment for that retarded moron.
Nevertheless the best punishment for him would be:
1. Public humiliation
2. Losing his NFL contract and sponsors.
3. Hoping the judge dictates the higher sentence possible, I think it`s 5 years since he pleaded guilty.
I just hope I never see him playing again in my life.

He is a sick person.
He has stolen peoples pet dogs from their yards so that his own dogs can attack an innocent defenseless friendly house pet so that they can gain confidence and get the taste of blood.
To use some kids pet as bait for his own fighting dogs, This guy needs to pay big time. He thinks he can do what he wants he dont care about no one nothing but himself killing innocent animals for his own SICK pleasure.
Producing and training dogs to be killers, and then to kill any one of his own dogs that arent up to his standards in fights. He even shot one of his own dogs who lost after a fight.
This guy is supposed to be someone our kids look up to and if we allow that i think that we are the sick ones. He should be prisoned and barred from football indefinately and should be forced to pay out millions to further put a stop to animal cruelty. He forever should hold his head in shame

I think the worst punishment for Vick that is legal would be to lose his NFL contract and endorsements/sponsorships and for him to have to pay a whopping fine with the money going to animal shelters/rescue organizations. With someone like him, taking away his money and fame is the best punishment.

Gladiatorial bouts to the death should be between death row inmates of equal caliber who have killed people.
IMO, they should take his money and give it to animal shelters, ban him from the NFL and from ever owning a dog.

Hey, I have a better one....
How about he faces a maximum of 5 years in prison and a 250,000 dollar fine?
But since he plea bargained, hows 1-2 years, a fine, and probation sound? Cuz thats what he's actually going to get.
Doing what you're suggesting is worse than dogfighting. It would involve two humans fighting to the death. If Mike Vick doesn't have the right to do that with dogs, then you better believe no human has the right to do that with another one. Very hypocritical of you.

It's sick but a good punishment. If one can make bets on the fight, then the state should go for it.

I think you're on the right track, only if he survives, then he should face the same his dogs did when they won...they were maintained for the next fight. Basically, I want him to suffer the same fate he subjected his dogs to.

Okay. I am not saying that this should happen, but he DESERVES to be electrocuted, beaten, or drowned to death. Those poor dogs. I do not agree that he should be physically hurt, but he does DESERVE it. I know that you were just probably kidding and venting your anger, but just the same...
