i know the general meaning of almost of these things but i like to know how do them function and all about them and if u want to give me the general meaning go a head

Jumper- Bypasses part of an electronic circuit (as on a circuit board)
IDE- Type of connector that would attach different drives (HD, CD, etc.)
IRQ- interrupt request on a Bus
Cluster- Group of data on a disk drive. A defrag reorders and cleans up these.
Bus- Cord that transfers data or power. Open you PC to see these (IDE is a type of Bus)
Plug and Play- You plug it in, it works (refers to a USB device)
Pixel- All digital images are composed of tiny little squares called pixels. You can see these when an image is magnified too much.
Buffer- Used to store information when it is being transferred (as when loading a video from online)
Boot- Start a computer, refers to the OS being started and loaded.
Driver- Tells a computer how to use a certain drive or componant properly
