USA in both cases. Everyone says they hate us, but everyone wants to come here. I just don't feel that all this anti-Americanism is justified. America stands, since the end of the cold war, as the world's only super power. China is on the rise but not quite there yet. During the cold war there was a balance of power. Now there is an imbalance. America's power scares people because they cannot control it. Americans are still as nice and helpful as we always were but the potential is still scary. People fear what they cannot control. Fear leads to anger, anger leads to hate, hate leads to the dark side. No matter what is going on in the world people find a way to blame America for it. Either we are wrong for interfering or we are wrong for doing nothing. Some people even blame America for natural disasters. You people who hate America need to really ask yourself why you are so angry. The answer probably has more to do with you than us.

Currently the USA are the most hated and judging by some of the answers on here already - many americans still don't actually get why!
Currently the most loved is anywhere without a bullying political stance (so that's China and the UK out too!)

I see most loved and most hated countries, in a way that other Americans might see it as. Iraq is a country known for terrorism, and a lot of Americans are intimidated by the citizen of Iraq. A lot of Americans hate Iraq for what they have done to the US, and for what they caused on 9/11. The citizens of Iraq, may see America as a bad country. If they do, then that's what they think and see of other countries.
I see England, as a country that the US loves. England has supported the US, on the war of terror. Americans seem to see this as support and companionship among to countries. This is why there are so many people, who love people who are english.
The answer to this question, would also depend on the citizens of one country, and how supportive other countries are to them.

i don't think of there is one which is the definate answer. yet from what I even have seen and heard from the places I even have been, it has to the rustic. And nor because of the fact anybody is jealous of their lifestyle, or they opt to be there. while it includes refugees, Europe holds the load of those in choose, not the rustic, and while people who choose and could desire to be out of their u . s ., they provide the impact of being in direction of Europe as a shelter, not the rustic. the rustic has reasons greater destruction throughout the time of this worldwide than the different u . s .. Even Afghanistan. in certainty, it wasn't the rustic or their human beings, or perhaps the political, extremist, fundamentalist group the Taliban, yet Al Quaida; a collection the rustic initially funded to harm Russia. They shamelessly attack and invade worldwide places and devote conflict crimes and torture without all and sundry doing something approximately it. they are between the leaders in worldwide warming with their waste. the rustic are the only u . s . to apply the Atomic Bomb against absolutely everyone, spend greater money on conflict than 26 different counties mixed. they are the main backwards western u . s . in existance in terms of sexism, racism and homophobia and likewise non secular theory. I think the US is simultaneously the most loved and hated.
(think of all the industrialized nations that hate us, then think of all the poor nations that would give their left nut just to have a chance to live here)

People who do not live in the US, probably consider it the worst and most hated country. This is due to our president's take on the war issue.
Most loved country, I can't pick one specifically. Everyone seems to love Europe (a few countries collectively).
