I just don't understand how fast-food incompetence can be increasing, but more often than not I have to repeat my order at least twice at a drive-thru window and then they get it wrong anyway. Is it really that hard, with a fixed menu and an incredibly simple order-entry system, to get an order right?
Anyway, after 3 times I drive off, unless they've boxed me in with curbs or something. And yes, I know I shouldn't be eating junk food in the first place . . .

occasional junk food is ok.the order is NEVER right.i dont even bother to complain,unless they've forgotten something-if i order 3 items,i want 3 items,doesnt have to be the same ones i ordered! i used to get angry over junkfood mistakes,but i have learned to be philosophical-"maybe i'm MEANT to have the extra-spicy crispy meal instead of the diet one i ordered!!!" my motto-if u cant change it,accept it.of course,this is usually a pleasant surprise 4 me,as i usually order the lowest calorie-lowest tasting thing on the menu,and i usually wind up with some tasty dieteic horror-then i rationalise-"well,theres not enough time on lunch break to go back,so i HAVE to eat what they gave me."

If they can not hear and I have to repeat the order more than once, I will either drive off or when I get to the window, I will tell the clerk to get the manager.
If is is a case of faulty equipment the manager needs to know, and if it is a case of stupidity on the part of the employee, they also need to know that!
Any failure to get my order correct will also result in a talk with the manager, and if that does not solve the problem to my satisfaction, a call to the corporate office!

I think once or twice ive driven off but its because the line was WAAYYYY to long or if the person in front of me order the whole left side of the menu. Other then that i wait it out and will repeat it 7 or 8 times if need be. Maybe they can't hear good thru those intercom drive thru things. hahaha.

This is a reason I gave up on fast food. Its not fast and I rarely get what I ordered anyway....even if he/she repeats the order back to me correctly...there is still be an issue when I get my food.

maybe we could hear you better if you sut the dang car off and if we didn't have so much noise going on inside with all the food timers and all of the loud inside customers....and you know when we are taking your order...we have to multitask like CRAZY! Like we are making your food and getting your drinks as we are ringng your food into the register because of the stupid long line out to the street and everyone wants to order the whole frickin menu....I guess maybe you should just come inside =)

OMG you may desire to be having an magnificent time doing all those pranks on the burger places. maximum are hilarious. wish you're actually not ingesting all of the junk or you would be the 1st jumbo ordering a jumbo meal. A burger celebrity is applying it´s thank you to you.

I do not think that I have had to repeat myself very much at all. So, I do not know. I never have driven off before though!
