the world got coffee from the Turks who long ago were world trader in spice and other commodities. the Turks got it from Ethiopia.

Coffee should be:

first known use of coffe as a beverage was in Ethiopia around 9th century AD....According to legend, shepherds were the first to observe the influence of the caffeine in coffee beans when, after their goats consumed some wild coffee berries in the pasture, the goats appeared to "dance" and have an increased level of energy

you mean who discovered it? it's a plant, so it couldn't have been "founded" (that doesn't even make SENSE) i'm sure that the people native to Brazil/Columbia discovered it, and found various uses for it, probably including coffee...
