On the west side, Cabin Club in Westlake has the best steaks, Salmon Dave's in Rocky River has the best seafood.

Hyde Park in Crocker Park is very good. There is a Morton's downtown that has fantastic steaks. Flemings on the east side around Chagrin. Mitchells Seafood out that way as well.

Dave and Buster's in Westlake is fun and is both an attraction and a restaurant.

Another attraction is House of Blues down on E. 4th. Might catch a good concert on the right night.

It depends where you are staying and how much you want to spend -- Cleveland has great restaurants and attractions. Lola and Pier W are two really nice restaurants. I like going out to Sunset Lounge on the weekends. Also there is of course the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, or a football or baseball game. A great little town outside of Cleveland called Chagrin Falls is really cute and has some great restaurants too!!

I liked Vivo in the Arcade. They had really really great food, we ate outside, but that was before all the construction. If you like Thai food try the Mint Cafe on Coventry, they have a nice little restaurant with great food. Also check out Little Italy, they have a lot of nice little restaurant you may like, and after wards you could go for a stroll? I'm sure once y'all get here, he will want to show you around.

Parallax in Tremont is a hot restaurant with delicious food. Or if he likes Brazilian food, Sergio's in University Circle and Sarava in Shaker Square are awesome. Definitely plan a pizza at Mama Santa's in Little Italy for one night of your stay. Visit the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame for sure, and check to see if anything special is going on the weekend you are coming by looking at www.travelcleveland.com
There are a lot of great festivals all around town
If he likes the orchestra, tickets to Severance Hall are good.
Too bad the art museum is still basically closed for remodelling.
Are you coming in the fall? If you guys are old enough to be nostalgic, maybe he'd have fun at a high school football game for his old high school.

Would depend a lot of the type of dinner that you would like to have as well the type of food your boyfriend prefers.

For the food: MANGO at Great Northern Mall, fussion of asian flavors. Great flavors and great presentation (artistic) of the dishes.

For the environment: Brasa Grill (brazilian) in Downtown. They have espetos (spades) of grilled steaks. You could have a romantic dinner there. Great service.

A combination of both: Mallorca, just a few steps from Brasa in Downtown. Great flavors (awesome lobster), in a romantic not formal place.
