Yeah, in a funky, graffiti sort of way. Looks like sidewalk art you'd see in NY. Would be better in color. You should redo it in something like colored pencil or chalk. I like the composition. Is the devil heart holding back the broken heart? I can't tell from the pic. Anyway your definitely finding your own style and "voice". Good work. Keep at it. Check it out. Some of this stuff is pretty advanced, but don't be intimidated, these artists have been at it a long time. No reason you can't be that skilled, it just takes practice.

Honestly, its pretty amateurish. Nice style, not enough detail. But thats just MY opinion. Everyone has different tastes.
