No, the wife should go the rest of her life without any sexual contact what so ever. OK, now my real answer, if the man isn't willing to go down on her, maybe if she did get some action, it might just arouse the husband into sporting some serious wood. Of course, he would have to get over any Macho attitude.

No, there is never a reason a cheat. If a man cannot satisfy his wife sexually, there has to be a compromise.

In sickness and in health! So NO it is not ok. That my dear is what Pornography and your hand is for. He has a wounded ego I assume already since he can not be a "man" if he found out you are cheating well it could completely devistate him and wound him beyond measure!

NO, the wife should be up front and tell her husband that she needs sex and will get it from someone else since he can't give it to her. If her husband was sensitive to her needs then he should have already suggested it. Don't hide be honest.

no, marriage is about more than sex.
if sex is such a major part of your marriage that you would break its oath of two joined people, you had no business marrying.
now I'm not saying anything about open marriages, this question wouldn't apply to those marriages. a closed, monogamous marriage leaves no room for sexual interactions with anyone but your spouse, under any circumstance.
