sorry, Marrianne, but the masks are not referred to as Socks and Buskin, those terms referred to costume items worn by classic actors. the muse names are the correct answer for the names of the masks

Melpomene is the muse of tragedy and Thalia is the muse of Comedy. Some people have refered to the masks as "Socks and Buskin"
