Wear a pair of leather gloves (they don't have to be fancy, just plain old leather or hide workman's gloves). Quickly, but carefully, grasp the iguana behind the head with one hand to secure it, then grab the iguana's body around the back legs with your other hand. Place it headfirst into the pillowcase.

Be careful of the iguana's claws and take care not to break its tail.

My best advice to you is to BE CAREFUL, BE VERY CAREFUL. I had the same dilemma with my iguana last year and she was only a couple of years old. Iguanas can be very aggresive at times, especially when you are attempting to pick them up. Their claws are very sharp, and their tails will sting when they "whip" you with it, and they are not afraid to use either one. If the iguana is not used to you (specifically) then they will not hesitate to become defensive. You can call any pet store and they will tell you that if the iguana is not used to being handled (picked up, carried, taken for walks) then they will become aggresive when you try to pick them up. Depending on the size of the cage, you may want to put the entire cage in your vehicle (preferrably a truck) and drive it to the pet store and let them handle it. Just don't risk being hurt by the iguana because those claws are very sharp and painful and carry salmonella. Just remember....BE CAREFUL!

Also turn his lights and heat off for at least a couple hours prior to the transfer. He should be a bit less aggressive if he is cooler.
