I do not have money for a lawyer, I appealed to the dean and provost to no avail, I wrote to senators and my governor to no avail, I called other universities and they said I would have to take 65% of their classes to finish my degree.
I had a 3.6 GPA and recommendations from two other professors. The professor that I had the argument with had power and I offended her ego. It is that cut-and-dry.

The other colleges you called that said you'd have to complete 65% lied - the standard is between 0% and 25%.

For the 0% group (will transfer 100% of a degree) look at:
Excelsior College http://www.excelsior.edu
Charter Oak State College http://www.cosc.edu
Thomas Edison State College http://www.tesc.edu

For the group of schools that will transfer 75%+ look toward just about any state university in any state. Especially look at schools accredited by SACS as their standard is specific at requiring 30 hours new work.

You don't tell us exactly what the problem was. "An argument" isn't sufficient to get anyone expelled but I'd bet as you research it, a private college can expel you for anything they want to at any time you want to. You have no right to attend a college (especially private), it's a privilege that's extended to you. Suing probably would do nothing for you but take some money out of your pocket.

It must have been some arguement. I got in screaming matches with some professorsbut never expelled. Wish you the best of luck. You might have to state university" öpen university system" which a person can off the street can take classes or try online college.

Urgh I know where you're coming from. POWER TRIP

It nearly happened to me, when I pointed out flaws in my final year. Thankfully, I got away with it

Maybe apologise to this skank? Even if you dont mean it, she might backtrack and save your career.

Otherwise I guess it's community college for you!
