Yo, generally a person who is interested in max performance in a computer, including graphics would be the ones who would open their pc and dig around. The mac isnt that customizable while pc users have all these 3rd party software apps to increase performance and can buy a new graphics card and upgrade to the max. Microsoft wins
And for the record, I own merchandise from both companies and an neutral.

Apple. I am sorry, microsoft die hards, the only reason more games are made for windows is because the computers they sell it on are cheap (and pieces of crap, unless they are very expensive). Apple computers have much better graphics cards per dollar. They are also the computer for witch any serious photo or video editing company will make software. All my friends are going to switch to apple from windows because windows is unstable, ugly, unoriginal, and macs have all kinds of free media software witch I use to make ringtones for my friends. Apple computers can also run windows if you need to.

Graphic design within Photoshop, many designers recommend Apple's OS.
Video editing, that is far more easier on the Mac. Of course, if you're used to the Windows platform, you're going to have to keep it together and learn the Mac OS.
They're both great operating systems. I use both of them. Photoshop can run on Windows and Mac OS both, so it's your choice..
Graphics as far as gaming: Windows.
Best of luck!
