My friend had period lasting 11 days 8/3-8/13 then it stops and come back 5days later on 8/18 what does this mean she cant ask her doctor because her appointment is so far away because her doctor is book

Your friend is having what is called breakthrough bleeding. It can act a lot like a period.
I would recommend that she call the doctor's office back to let them know what is going on and that she can't wait and needs to see about having her appt moved up to have this situation evaluated.
If not, then I would recommend getting in touch with her primary care physician if she has one to see if they can help her to get in sooner.

If she is that worried, then call the doctor, just to see what the nurse says. There is no shame in that.
