ha ha this morning I farted in my room and hoped my roommate didn't hear. but it was unavoidable.

Yea, it can be really embarrassing.
I used to work in a bar and it was so very loud in there you could literally walk and fart and it could not be heard.
My now 11 year old son used to be really bad about being in public and doing that. We could be in a grocery store and he was probably 3 or 4 and he would be sitting in the cart and he would fart and say in such a surprised voice "Momma i can't believe you did that" so he always blamed it on me.
My husband thinks it is hilarious to do that in public and either blame me or just walk off and let unsuspecting old ladies walk into the cloud and make faces at the unpleasant odor.
Go figure, grown adults still think bodily functions are funny.
Always will be I guess.

OMG!! I did it right in the middle of an anatomy class. I was SO embarrassed and everyone laughed. All I did was lean over to pick up a pencil....LOL!!!!

haha yeahh. i hate that, because then i'm like oh no! i hope no one noticed. usually if that happens i try to move away from that area (if i can).
