The West Bank and Gaza are disputed, not occupied, with both Israel and the Palestinians exercising legitimate historical claims. There was no Palestinian sovereignty in the West Bank and Gaza Strip prior to 1967. Jews have a deep historic and emotional attachment to the land and, as their legal claims are at least equal to those of Palestinians, it is natural for Jews to build homes in communities in these areas, just as Palestinians build in theirs.
Best wishes,

Why does the worldwide fail to nicely known the undeniable fact that the West financial business enterprise and the Giza Strip have been taken via Israel in protecting wars?Israel has been attacked back and back via different Arab worldwide places, that have lost land as a consequence, yet Israel is condemned as an aggressor and is chastised for settling what became quite gained together as she became protecting herself. via the way, there is not any Palestinian human beings, and there under no circumstances has been.Palestine became a factor of the British Mandate.people who declare to be Palestinians are certainly Lebanese,Syrian and Jordanian Arabs, who've participated interior the homicide of Israeli females and little ones for the previous sixty years.

The premise is incorrect. Read Pierre Van Paassen's "The Forgotten Ally" 1943. In it he chronicles the Jewish contribution to the allies in WWI which gave rise to language in the Balfour Declaration which set aside Palestine to be a Jewish homeland. The Arab nations sided with Germany in two world wars. The victors in war determine the disposition of lands and people of the vanquished. This is justice when the losers were the aggressors. When the aggressors are the winners, justice will never prevail.

Because these territories have no legit national "owner" and thus Israel must maintain security in them. There is no such thing as a "Palestinian" state, It simply doesn't exist and it never has, so it's hard to take any claims that it's "Palestinian" land seriously.
If you want to make a more meaningful argument, you can argue that it's Arab territory. Although that's a bit shady as well.. since the territory in question has only been under Arab control for about 20 years in the last 800.

Isn't this question about twenty years out of date?
Israel unilaterally withdrew from Gaza a year or two ago. More than half the West Bank is governed by the Palestinian Authority. The part that is still governed by Israel is sanctioned by the Oslo accords and other agreements.

They don't, the support comes from individuals, mainly in the US. No government supports these activities as they do break international law.
In the EU, no Israeli goods produced in the occupied territories can be bought or sold.

Illegal? As far as I'm concerned all of the land should be given to the Israelis and any other peaceful races. The Israelis are not the ones provoking the violence in the region. Is it asking too much to live free and in peace? Should they have to deal with rocket attacks constantly and suicide bombers killing innocent civilians? The Israelis are more then fair when it comes down to the politics of the region and striving for peace with neighboring countries. It's clear that your vision is one of hatred and violence if you believe Israel is in the wrong.

When you can clearly define "palastinian land", we may be able to answer your question better.
While you are at it, can you explain why it is OK for Arabs to live there but not Jews from your point of view?
