I want to be able to play PS2 at Uni without having to use a TV or pay a TV licence. (Mac OS X 10.4 - NOT Windows)

I know you can get USB adaptors to add AV in ports to a computer, but they're for Windows (I think) and more for recording video than playing it.

You could try plugging a monitor (you'll have to get an external one) into your PS2 through an adaptor, but the adaptor'll cost a bit (not as much as a TV license though).

to be honest get a TV and a licence.
even if you only watch downloads on your pc from things like BBC Iplayer or 4od they can do you. As long as a computer can receive TV whether it be through a tuner or downloadable TV

£135.50 for a tv licence is alot easier to pay than £1000 fine and a criminal record.

You could just buy a computer monitor without a tuner in it; i'm not sure if you can plug it straight into your MacBook.
