i think everyone, NOT just men, flirt.
it's a natural thing, and it's harmless.

I think to a certain extent all people flirt women are just as guilty as men. i think that flirting is a natural human response

It all depends on your definition of flirting. In my previous marriage if I smiled and said hello to my sons daycare teachers I was accused of flirting. I just thought I was being polite.
