I have a 55 gallon tank that has several goldfish, otto catfish, cory catfish, a pleco and a african dwarf frog. what temperature should this tank be at to accomadate everyone in this tank??? I also have a 10 gallon tank that has some fancy guppies, neon tetras and x-ray tetras. what temperature should this tank be at???

you have mixed coldwater and tropical fish in there, you should keep the temp around 75-77 for your 55 gallon

for the 10 gallon around 76-82 degrees

I think around 78 degrees F. for the 10 gallon tank. and for the 55 gallon tank i think the different types of species might complicate it, but around 80 degrees F. You might want to google it to be sure though, because any answer on yahoo question might result in disaster!!!!! Good Luck

75-80, I have a fish tank, my fish lived to 10 years old with that temperature. He was a goldfish named Flash.

74-78 on both. You have some very hardy fish so the temp is fairly unimportant. Anywhere 74-78 is great.
