No, but my acromium impinges on my bicep tendon and it hurts like the devil.
Seriously though, at many levels Congress has TAKEN rights from me individually as well as from the states and infringes on many others in an ongoing manner.
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
Congress has overstepped their powers. I would love to see the 16th and 17th Amendments before the Supreme Court, I feel certain that neither could hold up to constitutionality.
I would also love to hold an Article V Constitutional Convention and install Term Limits of eight years on Congress.

Seems any more all my rights are worth is to keep paying taxes. Our government is bloated and inefficient, our politicians seem to have a different agenda from most Americans and I can't smoke weed legally in my own frigging home. We're strangled by rules and regulations and our rights are really down to a basic few, we can go where we want and we can generally say what we want and we can vote. I also have the right to a trial should I break one of the many rules that have taken the rest of my rights away.

Yes. Property ownership is a joke anymore. It isn't really yours , the mineral rights belong to someone else and all you own is the top and then only if someone who generates more in taxes doesn't want it. The right to bear arms has been slowly whittled away to the point where all guns must be registered and we are told what guns we can and can't own.
Felonies are as easy to get today as a cold and your rights can be stripped from you for life.
Forget the wire taps those are the least of my worries. Where is my right to life liberty and the pursuit of happiness?

That's irrelevant.
We have rights to prevent an abusive government from coming into existence.
If it comes to the point that the government is impinging on rights guaranteed to US citizens, it's already too late. We have rights to keep that from occurring, to keep the government in check.

Those who would give up essential liberty to purchase a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety.

Right to my money (income tax).
Right to my own retirement (social security).
Right to choose who I give my charity to (welfare, medicare, etc.)
Right to run my own business how I choose (minimum wage, OSHA, EPA, affirmative action, etc.).
We have lost a lot of rights, and loose more every day.
Government - from the root word "govern", meaning control, restrain, oppress.
Government is not the answer, by definition, it can't be. Government is the problem, and freedom is the cure.

any laws that aren't for protecting my life and property from others is impinging on my rights. I don't need laws to protect me from myself.

Yes, in many ways. Mostly because of Taxes.
But Democrats are in a Rage that because of the Patriot Act, they can get Wiretapped whenever they call a known Terrorist on the phone.
But Democrats can still write Terrorists letters in private.
