Pain is your body's way of telling you that something is wrong. You don't mention an injury but state you don't think it is broken so does this mean you remember injuring it?

You never exercise a painful part until you know what is causing the pain. To do so could cause further injury and even permanent damage.

I suggest you see a doctor. Before pain can be treated successfully, you need to find out what is causing the pain. Once the cause has been determined, the doctor can tell you the best way to treat it for the fastest, most successful recovery. Please see your doctor!

100's of small bones in the foot and ankle that can break. Some so small xrays can hardly see them.
