to tell ya..computers are so powerful bcoz, it can handle great amount of calculation in a short time.it is more precise,exact and reliable.human are not capable of calculate algorithms and so on..
4 sure many online application nowadays use computers..
gps,atm,military n so on..

The speed at which it processes information. Processor speed+ram+cache+FSB+hardrive rpm=computer speed.
