I think that I'd personally put domestication of the horse in there, as separate from general agriculture, because without the horse as a means of transport, people were limited in how far they could travel and how much they could carry. The domestication of the horse was particularly important as a military advancement.

Also just my opinion, I'd put the death of Alexander the Great in 323 BC in Babylon as one of the most important events. By the age of 33, Alexander had an empire that stretched from the Greek states to India. When he died in 323, he was preparing to spread his empire beyond Egypt into Arabia and North Africa, and he might have gone from there into the parts of Europe that are now Spain and France. Had Alexander lived and had time to consolidate his conquests, the world map might be very different from what it is now.

Most of the things on your list, although important, are not really events because they evolved over a period of time. An event is something that happens at a given place and time. Jesus was not an event but his crucifixion was. You could use the sack of Rome in 410 AD instead of the general term fall. I would add the end of Muslim expansion in Europe in 732 by Charles Martel at the battle of Poitiers.

Believe me, I'm not a religious person at all but why don't you give these 6 events a try:

"In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. The earth was without form and void, and darkness was upon the face of the deep; and the Spirit of God was moving over the face of the waters." God makes the first day and night; the "firmament" separating "the waters which were under the firmament from the waters which were above the firmament;" dry land and seas and plants and trees which grew fruit with seed; the sun, moon and stars in the firmament give light upon the earth; creates air-breathing sea creatures and birds; and on the sixth day, makes "the beasts of the earth according to their kinds." "Then God said, Let us make man in our image ... in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them." On the Sabbath (or seventh) day God rests from the task of completing the heavens and the earth: "So God blessed the seventh day and hallowed it, because on it God rested from all his work which he had done in creation."
