Bush did not "allow" the 9/11 attacks, but I agree that he was negligent. He is such a dumbass that he didn't want to read any of the reports about Al Qaeda and he either ignored or was daydreaming when Condi Rice read him the report, "bin Laden determined to attack America."

I will never forget the paralysis that he suffered when he was told of the 9/11 attacks while he was at a school! The media was also negligent in not investigating the Bush administrations phony claims about wmds and Saddam Hussein's connection to al qaeda.
