Depends on what type of fly it is. Most maggots will only survive on dead flesh, so nothing to worry about normally....... except if your in central / south America, where they have a pest called the human botfly.

This hairy fly lays its eggs on mosquitos; the maggots hatch out when the mosquito is feeding on your blood and transfer over to their human host. They burrow under your skin and grow to maturity, wriggling around inside a lump on your skin with a small breathing hole (through which they can be seen moving), feeding painfully on your living flesh.

You'll be glad to know they're very rare.

Nothing, if you bathe regularly. They will be washed off easily. But I suppose a fly wouldn't lay eggs on you if you bathed regularly.

it means you have an open wound and will soon have maggots crawling in it.
