Need help regarding spellings?

I'm grade 9th student...I have trouble reamembering English-spellings,and becaues of this I can't write freely. Any good tips ?

Find a list of frequently misspelled words and study those. Here are some links to frequently misspelled word lists.

The last link is a game of sorts. You choose the spelling you think is correct, and at the end they give you some tips. It also has some links to other websites that may help.

If you're on the computer, spell check helps a lot.

And if you're ever really stuck, just sound it out.

This is the age of the information super highway and spelling should not be a major issue. Use the spell check. For example: above upper right hand corner of box it's called Check Spelling. Most of the time it's abc as above. Of course is you are in class without a PC or word processor you are in deep do. I suggest a tutor and learn to use phonics. Also learn to carry a dictionary with you, repetition of the word is helpful.
