Orgasm. Going potty after holding it in for hours is just relief, nothing more. An orgasm is waves of pleasure and excitement. If you ever moan and scream out someones name while peeing....we'll talk again.

i say they both provide relief, but in two totally different ways. but peeing is a medical necesetity and must be done on demand, whereas orgasm is not necesary and thank god its flexible on when it can happen, well, within reason.
