I have been in Paris several times and I have had different experiences each time.
Sometimes you only seem to meet French people, (people whose grandparents all were french) other times you just meet tourists from all over the world.
Other times again you see a lot of people from former colonies.
It also depends on what you are talking about when you say Paris.
The sub-urbs are completely different from the centre of town and from each other.

I think Paris is Multi-cultural in a good way, but I would not want to live in some of the suburbs. (But the same goes for my home town.)

It is definitely multicultural. I can´t give you even an esteem of percentage of non-europeans.
Perhaps you will find something like this on the home page of Paris, most probably www.paris.fr
