So if a black man breaks the law, he should be set free only because he is black.
White men and black men alike should be procecuted for their steroid usage.
Micheal Vick should be procecuted for dog fighting, and banned from the NFL for the gambling.
"all of these so called role models, actress, actors, singers, athletes, white girls driving drunk, and high off cocain, putting everybodys life at risk that are on the same road with them at that same time. white men taking steroids, and admitting it, and no actings are being made. "
This is happening with black people to, you know not of what ye speak.
"there are so many people, that are doing real crimes, to go after vick over some dog fighting bull **** seems racially motivated."
Dogfighting is cruel, horrible, and immoral based on just about anyones belief system. What exactly is a "real crime?" Being white? I could see your point if they were going after him for some trivial charge, a disorderly conduct, or something like that. But this is dogfighting, this is a felony for a reason - It's cruel, how would you like to be placed into a cage with someone else and be forced to kill each other? How would you like to be hung? Shot? Electrocuted? Those are the things he is pleading guilty to.
"how many athletes in the nfl are on steroids, point blank how many athletes in the united states are on steroids"
Many, both black and white. It's not a racial issue.
"how many priest raped little boys and girls, and how many of them were charged,"
Unrelated. But sick nonetheless. When there is evidence that someone molested a child, no matter what their race, they ARE charged.
"how many black children die every year in the united states"
How many white children die every year in the United States? Furthermore - How many preventable deaths, period, happen in the United States?
"why are drunk drivers allowed back behind the wheel"
Someone gets a drunk driving charge at 21, they shouldnt be able to drive at 50? Yeah suspend the licence, but don't ban them from the drivers seat for life.
"why are child molester's allowed back on the streets"
No idea -- They shouldn't be.
"why are there so many dirty cops"
Because they are bad people, period. There are good cops too (granted often it doesn't seem like there are many).
"why dont we have better gun laws"
Because organisations like the NRA lobby politicians to keep gun laws weak, so they can own their fully automatic AK-47 that they don't need under any circumstances. It's silly.
"why is america still practicing jim crow laws"
Cite a Jim Crow law that's still activly enforced, anywhere in the US. It was a dark time in US history, but we're passed Jim Crow laws.
"why is bush still in office,"
Because it would be basically impossible to impeach him -- Just a matter of not having enough time to do it, and the cowardess of our politicians.
"why is gas so high when the united states is controlling so many oil fields."
Greed.

Dude, you've got some serious problems. You are so angry you don't even see what's right in front of you. Taking steroids in not a crime, otherwise Barry Bonds would be locked up right now, and people caught driving drunk do pay a heavy price. If any priest is convicted of raping, trust me, he will get a book thrown at him, and you know how they deal with that kind in prison... ;-). US gas prices are high? We have like the lowest gas prices on the planet. Check what Europe is charging. And we do not control the oil fields, if you think that's why we went into Iraq, you are delusional.
And to the final point of Michael Vick. He comitted a crime which he is about to plead guilty to. There is a law against what he did, and for violating that law, there is a certain punishment. That's how the law works. If you don't like it, you take it up to your legislators. I wonder why this keeps happening? Anytime a black person is charged with a crime, most of the black community starts shouting: "Racial Discrimination!" It's all the same with Simpson, R. Kelly, Michael Jackson, and so on. How about trying to take a neutral stance? You don't know what happened any more than I do. That's why we have a justice system to figure that out. You don't know the facts, but you automatically assume that it's flawed. Come on, you can do better than that.

Micheal Vick wasn't necessarily target by the judicial system as a whole. I think Micheal Vick was a target of opportunity. If I knew a person and they were dog fighting person first offense they would not go to jail. The police and prosecutor and judge all had a chip in the game as Micheal Vick was popular. They made a famous man infamous only for him to bounce back. U know he did his time and Wat I am happy about is that he got to be Football again. Crime's against animals are hard for me to swallow as is crimes again elderly handicap or children. but i know what it is like to make a mistake. Who cares about the past? bygones are bygones. Besides do you realize that this is life this is our life? this is a one time thing. Its like judge not lest ye be judged. Imagine sincerely having to answer for a higher power for ALL YOU HAVE DONE. IT is a possibility... U ask why all this stuff?? well in America you can do whatever the Fuchs you want and get a good plea deal and only serve a few years in prison.... that is the beauty of this country the only exceptionable crimes against the govt or murdering people. I seen it on montel this guy raped a girl and got sent to 25 years in prison he was out in 4. I do not think proprietors of the state side of the law understand how free we really are to do whatever the fush we want so long as loss of life or damage to the establishment does not occur. :)

WHOA, take 5 steps back and collect yourself.
1) Can I say BARRY BONDS? STEROIDS his head looks like a melon
2) Michael Vicks black or white hung, electrocuted and drown dogs after they didn't not fight well enough... It's illegal to fight dogs and illegal to brutally murder them
3) Yes good old Paris and Nicole set bad examples driving DUI but if you want to play the race card how many rappers are being arrested for shooting people? Neither are right and I think Paris got more time then 1/2 of them
4) How many children die period? Black children, white.yellow etc our children are our future neither are better
5) We need better gun laws so the people in the ghettos stop killing each other.... come on dude lets me serious s
6) gas is high because of Chaney and we are having a hard time getting it and we are using so much of it....
Drop the race crap! There are white rapist, murders, drug dealers and animal abusers like there are black,Spanish,Asian that do all of the above to. Michael Vicks deserves everything he gets and he dose not deserve to be in the NFL he is not worthily make that much money.

Obviously, you are emotionally charged over the Vick story and you allude to some valid examples, but those other crimes are not on the same level as the ones Vick committed.
You can try but you will not succeed in painting this as a racial issue.
The fact is, anyone who tortures animals is not above doing the same to people.
Vick is one sick mofo, and NOT because he's black, but because of the very nature of the crimes.
You DID understand those crimes, didn't you?
Maybe you don't understand...maybe you don't care.
Maybe it is easier for you to just label everything as a back-versus-white world.
So, what kind of judicial system would you like?
Perhaps one where the law is different for people of different skin color?
How about for people of different religions?
Yeah - like, those Islamic terrorists who killed thousands in the World Trade Center...if they were alive, would you be blaming the "white judicial system" as wrongfully targeting them?

Bro you kiddin' right? The man is guilty as sin! Why the hell he had to be doing this sick chite to poor animals is beyond me when he already has his pockets full! If he were in harlem and living in the projects trying to make some cash maybe you can feel sorry for the brother, but not some rich a** motherf**** who has enough money to last his entire lifetime 3 times over! You must be some dog abuse killing fool to be standing up for this criminal. Bet you think OJ is innocent too! HA! And as another poster wrote get your facts straight when you want to bring up statistics. The black race is killing each other. Has nothing to do with black or white. Who the hell killed Biggy? Who killed Tupac? Wasn't no white men! Death row was behind that whole chite and suge knight will eventually spend the rest of his punk *** days in jail.

He is not being targeted...he is being made an example of, just like Lohan And Hilton , who are rich white kids. The system is letting people know that celebrities are going to start paying for their crimes. And anyone , black , white, yellow, or blue is pissed at that jerk. He brutally murdered dozens of innocent animals. He has a problem, and has no heart. Would you like it if you were made to fight others, and when u preformed badly, they hang you, shoot you, electrocute you, or drown you???? Whats worse, an athlete on steroids...or a killer. Doing steroids will get them kicked off the team....and you think killing dogs shouldn't be punished??? Read the newspaper. He did a very bad thing.

I think that Paris Hilton, Britney Spears and Lindsay Lohan should be put behind bars like any one else. It's not a racial case, if Vick was white, he would have gotten the same treatment. It's just wrong, man. He could've used his fame and fortune to set up programs for under privileged inner-city youths or something along those lines. But he chose to deal with killing animals for money...and about the rest of the things you mentioned, society's not perfect man...that scum bag who killed those kids in Newark has been an illegal here for over 20 years and he has over 30 rape charges to his name...

Yeah, he's pleading guilty, and there are a couple other guys that will testify against him. Black, white, yellow, whatever, this dude is guilty. It's not racial because he's ACTUALLY guilty. If the authorities came knocking on his door and set up a dog fighting/breeding operation and then claimed it was him, then maybe you'd have an argument. It's not like they planted drugs in his pocket. HE WAS LITERALLY RUNNING A DOG FIGHTING RING. That means he is guilty and it has nothing to do with the color of his skin.
I think it's ridiculous that people are still trying to play the race card, even when it'd patently obvious (seeing as he's entering a guilty plea) that he's guilty. Welcome to the 21st century, the race "get out of jail free" card is no longer valid.

That rant is laughable. Michael Vick got caught committing several felonies and he got in trouble for it. Plenty of white rednecks get in trouble for the same thing Vick was up to, but they don't get offered a plea. Maybe your question should be "Why was Michael Vick wrongfully offered a plea deal just because he is a rich, black, celebrity athlete?"
