i dont remember using it.
in fact i believe i stored at least i think.
im using the leaf green version.

If you think you stored then look there. If not, you may very well have used it and just not remembered.

Have a thorough look through the storage and bag. It might be buried in somewhere. Another reason might be a glitch, because you're free to use it as you like.
